We are seeking an experienced Country Manager in Riyadh to represent eData Saudi, hire staff, achieve sales targets, and promote company awareness, with a strong background in the Saudi Insurance Market.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Represent eData Saudi in a decent way

  • Hire staff for the Saudi entity

  • Sell eData's Underwriting, Claims, and BI products

  • Liaise with Najm, Elm, Sama, and other industry professionals

  • Meet the targets and goals as set every month together

  • Keep up proper administration as indicated by management

  • Participate in trainings and (sales) meetings

  • Report back to management

  • Liaise with key customers, including actual selling of eData’s products

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services

  • Keep abreast of what competitors are doing

  • Liaise and negotiate with leasing and rentals companies

  • Liaise and negotiate with finance and insurance companies

  • Promote and create awareness of the company and all its products

  • Represent the company at any opportunities that arise to promote its services

  • Assist in growing the company in a profitable manner

Requirements

  • 5 years or more experience in the Saudi insurance market

  • 3 years or more experience as a Motor, UW, or Claims Manager

  • Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in English

  • Reside in Riyadh
