We are looking for a Business Development Manager to establish and grow CMF® Medical in the Qatari market. You will introduce our AI-driven medical claims optimization platform to health insurers and service providers, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in processing efficiency and claims integrity.
Roles and Responsibilities
Represent eData and CMF® Medical to health insurers and TPAs in Qatar
Identify high-potential accounts and lead opportunity development
Present the product’s ROI and operational efficiency benefits
Work closely with clients to build trust and secure long-term contracts
Deliver against monthly and quarterly sales plans
Monitor competitors and trends within the Qatari health claims space
Attend medical insurance events and trade shows as eData’s representative
Keep CRM records updated and provide regular reporting to HQ
Participate in training and feedback sessions with regional leadership
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the Qatari health insurance or healthcare sector
2–3 years in a sales, operations, or claims management role
Familiarity with local insurance regulations and TPAs
Based in Doha or willing to relocate
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Strong client engagement and proposal development skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
