We seek a highly experienced Arabic-speaking Deputy CEO with deep regional expertise to represent eData across six MENA countries. This strategic executive role requires extensive travel and direct engagement with C-level decision-makers. You will be instrumental in strengthening partnerships, supporting market expansion, and aligning operations with the leadership team in the UAE.
Roles and Responsibilities
Represent eData across MENA at the highest executive level
Travel extensively across 6+ key markets as needed
Build and manage C-level relationships with insurers, regulators, and ecosystem partners
Support hiring and team development across regional entities
Drive alignment of commercial, operational, and strategic priorities in the region
Ensure country managers meet monthly business and sales goals
Oversee major client relationships and support strategic deal closures
Monitor market shifts and recommend adjustments to product or strategy
Participate in board-level and investor presentations when required
Maintain full familiarity with eData’s product portfolio and positioning
Represent eData at regional conferences, summits, and industry forums
Requirements
10+ years of executive experience in the insurance, tech, or consulting sectors
5+ years working across MENA markets, preferably in regional leadership roles
Established C-level network across 6 or more MENA countries
Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel 50–70% of the time
Strong track record of leading multi-country teams and business expansion
MBA or equivalent degree preferred
Based in the UAE or willing to relocate
