We’re looking for a General Manager – CMF to lead and scale our Claims Management Filter (CMF) business line across the MENA region. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader with deep insurance operations expertise and a proven ability to drive measurable results. You’ll oversee regional PoCs, drive delivery to production, and ensure insurers benefit from tangible loss ratio improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead CMF across multiple MENA markets, managing local delivery teams and insurer engagements
Oversee PoCs from kickoff to conversion, ensuring they transition to full production within agreed timelines
Drive impact: Deliver measurable improvements in claims cost, processing speed, and fraud reduction
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work closely with data science, product, and implementation units to ensure successful client outcomes
Act as senior point of contact for insurer claims and operations teams across the region
Support partner enablement, training teams at major insurers and TPAs on CMF usage and best practices
Continuously monitor claims data and client KPIs, recommending optimizations and adjustments
Present to insurer boards and executives during PoC reviews and rollout planning
Represent eData at insurance forums, events, and claims-focused panels across the MENA region
Work closely with eData’s leadership to align CMF strategy with broader company goals
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in claims, underwriting, or insurance operations, ideally with regional exposure
Strong leadership and operational management skills; track record in scaling teams and delivering results
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and structured rules-based systems used in claims processing
Experience leading PoCs, pilots, or digital transformation initiatives in insurance
Deep understanding of claims leakage, loss ratio, and process optimization
Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French highly desirable
Comfortable working across borders and cultures; willingness to travel 40–60% of the time
Based in the UAE or open to relocation
