We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our CMF® (Claims Management Filter®) in the UAE’s medical insurance sector. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities with insurers and TPAs, presenting the value of AI-driven claims automation, and supporting the full client engagement lifecycle to drive adoption and impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
Represent eData UAE’s medical claims offering in a credible way
Sell CMF® Medical to insurers, TPAs, and healthcare stakeholders
Identify key decision-makers and influencers in the health claims ecosystem
Deliver presentations, demos, and value-based proposals
Meet or exceed monthly business development targets
Maintain accurate sales and pipeline records in CRM systems
Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Gather customer feedback and report to product team for enhancements
Stay informed on competitors and market developments in medical claims tech
Represent the company at medical insurance events and exhibitions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the UAE insurance or healthcare market
3+ years in business development, account management, or TPA/claims technology roles
Strong understanding of medical claims workflows and TPAs
Existing network with payers and TPAs in the region
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus
Based in the UAE, preferably Dubai or Abu Dhabi
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or Health Management
Proven ability to sell data/AI-based or SaaS solutions
