Join our team as a Business Development Manager to expand the reach of our CMF® solution in the UAE’s motor insurance market. You will lead outreach efforts to insurers, TPAs, and repair networks, demonstrating how CMF® reduces loss ratios, speeds up claims handling, and improves operational efficiency through AI and analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
Promote CMF® Motor across insurers, adjusters, and repair networks in the UAE
Sell the value of AI-driven motor claims triage and automation
Build a pipeline of qualified prospects and manage full sales cycle
Engage key customers directly and conduct product demos
Achieve sales KPIs and targets defined by management
Maintain strong knowledge of motor insurance workflows and regulations
Attend industry events and client meetings as a company representative
Track sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems
Gather market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
Contribute to onboarding and account expansion efforts
Requirements
5+ years of experience in the UAE motor insurance market
3+ years in claims, underwriting, or automotive sales/tech
Knowledge of motor claims handling and fraud detection practices
Existing relationships with insurers, assessors, and workshops
Based in the UAE, ideally Dubai or Sharjah
Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing track record
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or Automotive Engineering
