We are looking for a curious and driven Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team. You will work with both structured and unstructured data to uncover insights, build machine learning models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact product development, business strategy, and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.
Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation).
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance, trends, and anomalies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to implement data-driven solutions.
Monitor and maintain model performance and reliability post-deployment.
Explore and integrate AI tools such as LLMs, embeddings, and GenAI to solve real-world business problems.
Communicate complex findings in clear, concise terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role (strong academic or personal projects also considered).
Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
Strong grasp of statistical concepts including A/B testing and significance testing.
Skilled in data wrangling using pandas, PySpark, or similar tools.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) related to data storage and compute.
Comfortable using Git for version control.
