We are looking for a curious and driven Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team. You will work with both structured and unstructured data to uncover insights, build machine learning models, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact product development, business strategy, and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.

  • Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation).

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance, trends, and anomalies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to implement data-driven solutions.

  • Monitor and maintain model performance and reliability post-deployment.

  • Explore and integrate AI tools such as LLMs, embeddings, and GenAI to solve real-world business problems.

  • Communicate complex findings in clear, concise terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role (strong academic or personal projects also considered).

  • Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and querying.

  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.

  • Strong grasp of statistical concepts including A/B testing and significance testing.

  • Skilled in data wrangling using pandas, PySpark, or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) related to data storage and compute.

  • Comfortable using Git for version control.
